Bajaur families panic in the middle of the operation

Bajaur:

Mamond Tehsil’s local residents in the tribal district of Bajaur continue to flee their homes due to ongoing security operation in the area. The displacement has caused a wave of migration to safer regions, with many families seeking refuge with relatives.

In the absence of Government official relief fields, the Alkhidmat Foundation has intervened to provide essential support. The organization has established a relief camp in Badisya, where displaced families of food, refuge and other needs are offered.

Surprisingly, the Foundation also meets the needs of exhausted animals that have accompanied the families that flee. Volunteers provide water and rest spaces for cattle, recognizing their role in the life of displaced communities.

Despite the displacement scale, no camps administered by the Government have been established, letting the affected population depend largely on private aid and hospitality of relatives in safer areas.

On the other hand, a mortar shell hit the house of a man named Saiful Malook in the Gohati area of Mamond Tehsil, wounding four people.

According to local sources, the injured have been identified as Gul Wali and Gulab Gul, children of Saaz Malook; Suleman, son of Gul Khan; and Syeda Jan, son of Muhammad Haleem, all Gohati residents, Mamond.

The wounded moved to the D Larkholozo category in Mamond to receive treatment. Among them, it is reported that the condition of a young man named Gul Wali is critical.
