Rawalpindi:
The former Punjab Law Minister and leader of PTI Principal, Raja Basharat, was arrested and then released by the Police. He had gone to an electoral court, when the New Town police arrested him in relation to PTI protest in November 26.
His lawyer, lawyer Sardar Abdul Razzaq, informed the Police that intermediate bonds had already been granted to Basharat in all related cases.
However, the police insisted that they had arrest orders.
Later, a group of lawyers arrived at the New Town police station, where they presented bail documents and guarantee documents for all relevant cases.
