Assassin’s Creed Shadows It has leaked a month before its launch after some players received early physical copies.
Earlier this week, it was reported (through VGC) that the next Assassin’s Creed The title was already in nature after fans discovered that some players were transmitting the game and filtering certain online elements.
A Reddit publication currently makes the rounds presents screenshots of someone who could buy a physical copy of PS5 of the game. They also offered evidence of the game that is downloaded in their system, as well as several photos of them playing as one of the two playable protagonists, Naoe, along with their current load and level.
The version that the filter possesses is apparently “a much older construction without any of the improvements added from the delays.”
It is not exactly clear how many copies leaked, but it is claimed that some players could buy online copies of third -party sources. A user in the same Reddit thread was able to provide a screenshot of a Facebook market list, which offers PS5 copies of the game for $ 100.
Since then, Ubisoft has responded to leaks and said that any online shared footage is not representative of the final product.
“We are aware that players have accessed Assassin’s Creed Shadows Before its official launch, “Ubisoft said in a statement in X / Twitter.” The development team is still working in patches to prepare the experience for the launch and any online footage does not represent the final quality of the game.

The game will now be released on March 20, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC.
