Avengers: Judgment Day is the next star movie from Marvel Studios. As it is said that your trailer is ahead of the Avatar: Fire and Ash projection, a new report claims how the franchise plans to build anticipation.
Citing a source, John Campea, who wears many hats from film critic to director to entertainment expert, says the studio has “put together about twenty different versions of this trailer.”
“But here’s the funny thing, a couple of days ago. I was talking to a friend of mine, who is in those circles, and he said: It’s not just about the adjustments. They said that this trailer is very important,” he adds.
In the wake of about twenty failed projects in the MCU, John shares: “They said, ‘John, you and Rob said this was going to be the biggest trailer, maybe of all time. You have no idea how right you are because this trailer is so important.'”
“They made… not some minor adjustments. They put together, like 20, slightly different versions of this trailer. So I reached out to someone I know at Marvel again.”
After their conversation, John says he contacted his source within Marvel. “So I wrote to someone at Marvel Disney and said, ‘Hey, I heard this, is there any truth to that?’ And they just said, ‘No, not 20, 20 or more.’ [it’s] 30 or more.”
It’s not uncommon for studios to create multiple draft trailers for a film. However, the reported figure of ’30’ is extreme, highlighting that Marvel is betting big on Avengers: Judgment Day, arriving on December 18, 2026.
