“We are giving you not only a house, but also the total property rights of the land and property, their names. No one can take your home or land from you now.” In the house of a flood victim named Lachman, Bilawal sat on a floor carpet and spoke with the little son of the family, Bhagwana, asking him how he liked his new home. He praised the women of the house for decorating the house in a wonderful way and personally congratulated Lachman and his wife.
Bilawal personally delivered legal property documents to women and reiterated that houses and land now legally belonged to them. He expressed his delight to see how families had decorated and painted their homes from the inside.
“I came here specifically to see how you have rebuilt and embellished your houses. We have already built many houses and we will continue to do more so that people do not face housing problems in the future,” he added.
In a house, a woman, defeated with joy, told Bilawal: “We have only seen you on television, now you are in our house. We can’t believe it!” Bilawal replied hot: “You supported difficult days. We promised that we would build you a home, and today I am here to fulfill that promise.”

These assets will not only provide refuge but will empower women economically,” he said.
He thanked women for their long support for the PPP, added that it is due to their confidence that the party has been able to work for the people of Sindh, especially the welfare of women.
