The president of the Popular Party of Pakistan (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, warned that Pakistan would take more aggressive measures if India continues with the plans to build new channels or dams in the three rivers that flow to Pakistan.

“If they had acted accordingly, Pakistan has been very clear: we would consider that an act of war,” he said.

Speaking at a press conference in London on Wednesday, Bilawal warned that the risk of a nuclear conflict between Pakistan and India could become a reality if New Delhi carries out his threat of suspending the treaty of the waters of the Indo (IWT), calling the movement “Water terrorism” and an act of war.

“India and Pakistan are bound by the terms of the IWT. India will have to recover and withdraw their threat,” he said, referring to the current tensions between the two neighbors with nuclear weapons.

Bilawal, who directs a parliamentary delegation to obtain international support for Pakistan in the midst of increasing tensions with India, expressed pride in Pakistan’s military force. He praised the leadership of the Marshal of Coas Syed also Munir.

“We are proud that Pakistan’s army won the war against India. Pakistan’s army showed that he can defeat India, both in the military and diplomatic front,” he added.

The PPP leader also raised concerns about the role of India in transnational repression, pointing out the evidence of Western intelligence that suggests the participation of India in terrorism in foreign soil, including the murders of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada and the attempt to murder against the leader of the SIJS for Justice Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the United States.

Bilawal declared that despite India’s efforts to promote a narration of Pakistan’s participation in Pahalgam’s attack, the western world has refrained from putting on the side of India due to the evidence of his participation in terrorism beyond his borders.

“India is involved in terrorism in Western ground, they are hiding the truth of their own people,” he said.

He also condemned the threats of Indian Foreign Minister, Jaishankar to “deeply attack Pakistan”, calling them the rhetoric of a warmonger, instead of a diplomat. He called India a “terrorist state” and said that his goal to the SIJS had been exposed worldwide.

The PPP leader also commented on the lack of evidence of India regarding Pahalgam’s attack, emphasizing that India had not provided any identity of the so -called terrorists involved.

Bilawal welcomed the offer of US President Donald Trump to mediate between India and Pakistan, qualifying her as a pragmatic approach. He pointed out that India’s efforts to sabotage peace initiatives would not succeed.

“Kashmira is not a bilateral problem, it is an international problem,” he said, adding that India had no choice but to address the matter in a global stage.

He concluded announcing that Pakistan would soon present a new file to the international community, exposing the role of India in terrorism and exposed the “true face” of Indian aggression.

After successful visits to Washington, New York and London, the Pakistani delegation arrived in Brussels on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by the Pakistan ambassador to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, along with officials of the Pakistani embassy.

The delegation is scheduled to meet with senior officials of the European Union and Belgium. These meetings will address the disinformation campaign of India, with the parliamentary delegation by providing a solid response to the aggressive position of India and highlighting its intentions towards Pakistan.

The delegation will also be involved with the main groups of European experts and the representatives of international media to discuss the current conflict and the importance of a peaceful resolution.
