Member of the Khawaja Izharul Hassan National Assembly of the Muttahida Qaumi-Pakistan (MQM-P) movement has submitted two legislative bills in the National Assembly, seeking amendments to the Pakistan Citizenship Law and the Pakistan Criminal Code.

The bill pointed out: “The people of Pakistan oriental made sacrifices for the country and emigrated to Western Pakistan after the fall of Dhaka. This law aims to ensure their citizenship rights.”

The second bill proposed amendments to the Criminal Code of Pakistan and the Code of Criminal Procedure to make the phone take off and the robberies in the street officially crimes.
