According to the latest finding of PEOPLE MagazineThe actress has no intention of backing down from her lawsuit.
Sharing how the actress has been surrounded by her loved ones during these difficult times, a source told the outlet, “She enjoyed the holidays and is trying to live in the moment right now.”
In addition to this, the source continued that Blake has been “in touch with his team” to plan next steps.
The Gossip Girl alum reportedly “knows she’s going to have an explosive start to the new year,” noting, “She still believes she’s doing the right thing.”
