Blake Lively has made serious new accusations against Justin Baldoni, alleging that she felt pressured into an uncomfortable and humiliating situation while filming a birth scene for Finish with us.
Newly revealed details of Lively’s testimony in her ongoing legal dispute with Baldoni outline what she says was unnecessary pressure over near-nudity during a hospital birth scene, despite her objections.
According to Lively, the problem arose on the day the birth scene was filmed, when Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath allegedly pushed for her character to appear naked while giving birth.

Lively said she backtracked, explaining that she herself had given birth four times and had never been like this, and that she expected her character to wear a hospital gown since the scene was set in a medical setting.
Despite those objections, Lively says she felt “forced to give in and finally agreed to pretend [the situation] from below the chest down, something we had not previously discussed or agreed upon.”
She described spending hours filming the scene while lying face up in a hospital bed, legs spread in stirrups, while crew members walked around the set.
The only covering, he said, was a hospital gown and “a small, thin, flat piece of black cloth to cover [little to nothing].”
Lively also alleged that multiple camera angles were filmed, including frontal shots, and that she sometimes had to ask for a blanket between takes for basic privacy.
He said he was disturbed to learn that the actor playing the obstetrician and gynecologist was a close friend of Baldoni and was “repeatedly placed between my legs very closely.”
“I felt extremely uncomfortable with the degree to which I was exposed during the birth scene, which I found violating and humiliating,” Lively said, adding that the presence of Baldoni’s friends on set that day only made the experience worse.
She also claimed that it was inappropriate for the film’s financier to visit her during the filming of such a sensitive scene.
Lively further alleged that the next day, Heath showed her a video of a woman giving birth, which she initially believed was inappropriate, before he told her it was his wife.
There has been no comment from Baldoni’s representatives on the allegations.
