The former star supporter of the Chicago Bears, Brian Urlacher, announced his position on the issue of transgender athletes in the sports of women and girls, since the debate creates a division in the state in which he made his reputation: Illinois.
Urlacher shared his opinion on the subject during an interview about the “Global View” podcast on May 9 and questioned why it is even a debate in some circles.
“Why is it even a debate? A woman is a woman and a man is a man … you are born with what you are born,” said Urlacher.

Urlachar even referred to an ongoing controversy in Minnesota, where a transgender pitcher is dominating the women’s softball season. Awake Illinois has filed a civil rights complaint against the district, and the Office of Civil Rights of the Department of Education alleges a violation of Title IX.
They requested that federal funds be retained from the district, which says it receives between $ 8 million and $ 9 million in federal subsidies annually.
