- More than half of the owners of small businesses in the United Kingdom already use the daily
- Efficiency remains the strongest reason why small businesses continue to adopt AI
- Unique merchants experience the greatest benefits of the adoption of artificial intelligence tools
The AI is now firmly integrated into the daily life of many small companies throughout the United Kingdom, according to new reports.
Vistaprint research says that more than half of small businesses are already experiencing with artificial intelligence tools, while around a room uses them every day to manage tasks ranging from marketing to customer service.
This change indicates that what began as a cautious experimentation is evolving towards the dependence of the routine, and those who do not adopt AI could be left behind in the long term.
Efficiency is the main driver
Of the 500 companies surveyed, efficiency is the most frequent benefit of AI tools, and one in three respondents pointed out that AI has simplified how their companies operate.
Some point to cost reduction, while others see gains in decision -making and customer service, although these advantages are reported at lower levels.
Companies are using AI in a practical and daily way instead of just for high -level planning, since tasks such as email writing with an AI writer, help customers through automated responses or the collection of research ideas become increasingly common.
In fact, about two out of five respondents said they trust AI to compete with larger companies by taking advantage of data analysis that would otherwise be out of reach.
At the same time, some owners are still cautious. Approximately a fifth of respondents are not yet using AI, although they are considering doing it in the near future.
The general tone of the findings is optimistic, with 84% informing a positive experience so far.
Almost a third of the owners even suggested that they do not see any long -term threat of AI, which contrasts with debates from the broader industry that are often found in the risks.
“As the main defender of small businesses, it is important to highlight the tools and advances that small businesses (SBO) can use to grow,” said Sabine Levellier, Vice President of Marketing of Vistaprint.
“More sbo are resorting to emerging technologies to climb their operations, and AI, in particular, allows them to work smarter and grow faster.”
