The former female volleyball player of the state of San José, Brooke Slusser, reacted on Monday after Pak Gazette Digital reported that the Mountain West conference hired the same law firm to investigate the transgender athlete Brooke Fleming Malming Bad Behavings that the conference was using to defend the eligibility of the athlete for the conference tournament in the Court.
Slusser was in the heart of an alleged conspiracy plot that involved Fleming and a player of the Colorado state to damage her during a game. Pak Gazette Digital reported previously that Mountain West hired Willkie Far & Gallagher (WFG) to investigate the accusations.
Mountain West hired the firm to manage the investigation in the same month that the same company represented the conference to protect Fleming’s eligibility in a preliminary court request so that the transcalified athlete from the female competition and the conference tournament.

The investigation was closed after three days with expelled Fleming of incorrectness. But the conference did not reveal any evidence, since Fleming ended the season, won honors of all conferences and even took SJSU to the Mountain West championship game.
The WFG lawyer who directed the investigation into the accusations against Fleming, Tim Heaphy, then offered the legal advisor of the school to help him navigate a federal investigation of the title IX on the same situation, as seen in the public records obtained by Pak Gazette Digital. The offer was rejected.
Slusser talked about recent findings in an appearance in “America reports” by Pak Gazette Channel.
“It is obvious once this was presented to the public that there is so much partiality in this situation, and they are trying to sweep these things under the carpet and not having to deal with that when there are obvious problems throughout the place,” he said.

“They must account for the use of the same law firm and not do an thorough investigation because title IX was built to protect women, and are obviously deciding to protect man in this situation when they tried to vainly damage a female athlete in their school, and they are still supporting this male athlete throughout the place in the whole place. And there is the whole country that does this, they are simply not in the light.
Slusser finally expects any other female athlete to have to deal with the same things he experienced.
“The goal is to never have to let another female athlete go through what I did. The sport was ruined for me my senior season,” he said. “Then, the goal is to give back the young girls who had the same dream as me, but to be able to love him all the time.”
None of WFG lawyers have been accused of violating applicable rules of professional behavior.

Bock’s comments followed a White House statement on the topic of early this week.
Mountain West, Willkie Farr and Gallagher and the State University of San José have not responded to requests for comments.
