The Karachi Secondary Education Board (BSEK) has announced the schedule for the next ninth and tenth grade exams.
According to an official statement, the exams will begin on April 8, 2025.
A total of 375,000 students are expected to participate in the exams, which will be held in 499 Karachi exam centers. The list of these centers has been published on the official BSEK website.
The president of BSEK confirmed that all students have received computerized admission cards for exams. The Board emphasized that strict measures will be applied in the exam centers, including a complete prohibition of mobile phones and electronic devices. Any device in students will be confiscated by exam staff.
The schedule for practical exams will be announced at a later date.
It is also important to keep in mind that the registration exam program was reviewed from its original March dates due to the coincidence of the exams with the sacred month of Ramadan. The Sindh government updated the schedule to accommodate this.
In addition, the new academic session in SENDH began today, on April 7, 2025.
The new academic year for universities will begin on August 1, 2025, according to the official announcement. Winter and summer vacation schedules will remain unchanged.
Summer holidays are scheduled from June 1 to July 31, while winter holidays will be observed from December 22 to December 31.
