Semler Scientific (SMLR) added to his Bitcoin (BTC) holdings last week.
The company acquired 167 BTC for $ 16.2 million, or an average price of approximately $ 97,000 each, according to a present presentation on Monday morning.
Purchases seemed to be mainly or totally financed through ordinary shares sales, and the company reveals that 1,166 million shares were sold for $ 39.8 million under its offer in the April 15 market (SMLR previously revealed Bitcoin’s purchases on April 25 and 30).
Semler now has 3,634 bitcoin acquired for $ 322.3 million, or an average price of $ 88,668 each. At the current price of Bitcoin around $ 94,000, holdings are worth more than $ 340 million.
