- Companies can claim complete reimbursements if the hardware of the Acer devices fail under guarantee in the first year
- Claims follow narrow rules: hardware failures, appropriate guarantee and commercial registration repair
- Vero and Spatiallabs devices are covered: this is no longer just for the budget commercial team
Acer has revealed a new offer that could remodel customers’ expectations on the laptop and computer space.
According to the promise of Acer, customers of the EMEA region that buy professional devices qualified at the end of 2025 can receive a complete reimbursement of the original purchase price if the device experiences a hardware failure within the first year and is repaired under guarantee.
The eligible categories include Chrome and Windows Pro devices, as well as selected business monitors and projectors. In particular, products with Acer Vero sustainability technology and 3D 3D 3D capabilities are also included, indicating that the offer is not limited to commercial entry level models.
How does this new policy work?
The date of the invoice counts as day 1, and buyers have 30 days to register their purchase. Up to 20 products per business are eligible, and the purchase must be for a new product made within the 2025 calendar year.
Any claim must be submitted within 30 days after the repair of the product under guarantee. The failure must be related to hardware and resolved by a repair center authorized by Acer. Software problems, external component failures, misuse or accidental damage are excluded.
This offer is not available to individual consumers and is aimed exclusively at professionals and companies registered in VAT. To make a claim, customers must provide commercial credentials and coincident bank details. The reimbursement is applied only once per product and is based on the net purchase price, excluding VAT and accessories.
By offering what is essentially a one -year satisfaction guarantee, Acer is challenging industry standards and leads competitors to reassess their own guarantee policies.
If widely adopted, this model could increase quality standards and generate greater confidence in the entire business technological sector.
