The legend of the WNBA, Lisa Leslie, was hit by the Indiana fever star, Caitlin Clark, amid the speech on the number of televised games at the national level that the team received this season.
The fever will have 41 televised games nationwide, a result linked to the appearance of Clark during its rookie 2024 season when some teams had to go to larger sands to address the demand to see the sniper.

The Minnesota Lynx star, Naphesa Collier, said at the beginning of the week that it was “crazy” that fever has more national television time than the New York Liberty defender. Leslie said she didn’t seem to know what the big problem was.
“This is money, marketing, and we cannot deny what Caitlin Clark has done for the female game,” Leslie to USA Today in a story published on Thursday. “Why would we feel some kind in which she has more television games? … I don’t know what is the big problem that Caitlin is receiving a lot of love. He deserves it and has helped change this game.”

The Los Angeles Sparks Great said she was “grateful” for Clark and how he was impacting the game and implored the rest of the league to move away and see how the “overview” will affect everyone.
“I think we have to understand that when a player eats, we are all eating and we all have more opportunities. He simply opens it to everyone else,” he added. “I love that she is not the player who does everything about her. They have given love and tribute to the players who have come before her. He shares the wealth with his teammates and does not have to do that.”
Whether positive or negative, Clark has been the focal point of the WNBA since he entered the League and that will continue while on the court.

Clark turned the fever into the most watched team in the WNBA for a landslide in his rookie year, since the 14 most seen WNBA season included the fever.
