The exhausted crowd of Carver-Hawkeye Arena could see Caitlin Clark in action once again, but this time, he wore a T-shirt of Indiana’s fever instead of his black and yellow threads of Iowa.
The second preseason game of the fever WNBA was special, since the Brazilian national team traveled to Iowa City to face Indiana in an exhibition game.
During the defeat 108-44 for the fever, the coach of the Brazilian team, Leo Figueiro, shared a good moment with Clark during the second quarter when he approached her among whistles.

Clark gave a very professional answer.
“I appreciate it,” he said. “Thank you for coming here and interpreting.”
Clark changed her conversation to the Brazil team.
“Most of the people you have played in front of?” Clark asked, which Figueiro replied: “Yes.”

It could have been a burst, but the Brazil team was not angry after the game. You could say that they enjoyed the crowd and interacted with the players, while showing their own ability. Clark and others took photos and talked to the players after the game.
After the game, Clark was asked about the crowd that pours into the sand to see her play on her old land.
“I certainly give fans something to encourage. That is my goal,” Clark said, according to Hawkcentral. “Get them involve them. Make them strong. Because, I told my teammates, it will be the strongest sand you played. So I have to make some shots and be able to stand them.”
Clark seemed as he did for Hawkeyes, stopping the logo for a deep triple, which caused the crowd to roar. He ended with 14 points in just over 18 minutes of play, the first of the 2025 season, since he sat against the MiTICs of Washington in the first pre -season game of fever.
