Always the player, Clark had a message for the two women.
“Little less tanned. A little more Bball Ladies,” Clark said. The comment received more than 10,000 likes.
Cunningham had his own jokes.
“The tan will come … everything else is drilling,” Cunningham wrote in Clark’s photo.
Cunningham spoke very well of Clark when he joined the fever.
“We have spoken a lot in recent months since they exchanged me, and she is a good human,” Cunningham told Pak Gazette Digital from Clark in April. “I think she has humor for her, she has ingenuity for her. Everyone with whom I talked said she is a great teammate. He just wants to win, right?”
She said she believes that Indiana’s “style of play is something that thrives and that if chemistry on the court is there, this team has a good opportunity to win a championship.

“I am excited by [Clarkâs] Competitiveness I am excited by everything she brings to the table. But again, I’m excited by everyone, right? You have Kelsey Mitchell, who has also been veterinarian, who has been there for years, who is also a player of a player. And so, for me, only to be part of something for the first time, a new team for the first time in six years, I think it is a new wind. It is what I needed. It is motivated again, my energy is forwarded. And again, as at the end of the day, I just want to win. I want championships, and I think this is the right team for it. ”
Cunningham, 28, was selected by Phoenix in the second round of the WNBA 2019 and has become one of the most popular players in the League. She appeared in 182 games, averaging 7.7 points per game, 2.7 total rebounds and 1.4 assists.
