A legendary MLB franchise record fell on Saturday night.
The Seattle sailors’ receiver, Cal Raleight, reached its 57th home run against the Houston stars to break the count of a single season of Ken Griffey Jr., which dates back to 1997.
The sailors led 2-0 in the third entry when Raleight hit a 95.5 MPH sofider from the left-hander Valdez in the Bullpen in the field of the center of the right to put the 3-0 and pass the 56 Mark Griffey reached in 1997 and 1998.

Raleigh lifted his right arm in celebration when he rounded the second base and lifted the trident that the sailors use for his celebration of Skyward homer after JP Crawford handed it to him just before entering the bench.
Raleight, who leads the older in homers, has already overcome the Mickey Mantle major leagues for home runs of a 54 -year -old clash that had stayed since 1961. He has also established the MLB record for Homers for a receiver this season, eclipseing the blow of Salvador Pérez 48 in 2021.

Raleight is in a race with Judge Aaron de los Yankees in New York for Al MVP. While Raleigh has the advantage over judge in Homers and RBI, Judge apparently leads any other key offensive category, including operations in around 180 points at the time of publication.

The judge is also gaining ground in Raleight in homers, after reaching its 49th of the season on Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles. Judge has reached five home runs in 10 games after shaking his hand to President Donald Trump at the Yankees Club House on September 11, and even approved the Legend of the Yankees Joe Dimaggio on the list of houses of his franchise career the day after meeting Trump.
Some fans joked Trump’s squeery for the recent increase in power of the judge.
