The Trump Administration announced Wednesday that it will demand the Department of Education of California (CDE) and the Interscollastic Federation of California (CIF) for alleged violations of Title IX.
The administration is requesting a court order in the State’s policy to allow men to compete in females sports, a problem that reached a high point earlier this year when a transgender athlete won multiple events in girls’ athletics competitions.
The United States Department of Education recently found California in violation of Title IX.
