California girls, their families and other activists will march to the offices of the Interscolastic Federation of California (CIF) on Friday to protest the laws of the State that allow biologically male trans athletes to compete in girls’ sports.

The protest was organized by the California Family Council, which announced the demonstration in a press release on Thursday. Multiple female athletes will speak at a press conference at the event, including Taylor Starling, Kaitlyn Slavin and Celeste Duyst.

Starling and Slavin are involved in a lawsuit against their school district, the Unified School District of Riverside, after an Athlete Trans took the place through the university country of Starling the past fall, and claim that school administrators compared their “Save Girls Sports” shirts with the swastika.

Duyst went viral for a speech he spoke at a meeting of the Board of the Unified School District of Lucia Mar in April, where he cried while having to share a costume with a trans athlete before the practice of the track.

“This is justice,” said the director of the Family Council of California, Sophia Lorey, in the press release. “California girls are being marginalized by policies that ignore biological reality. CIF must answer for that.”

The rally will arrive weeks after the state was shaken by the presence of a trans athlete in the CIF athletics championships, where the transgender student of Jurua Valley High School Ab Hernández occupied the first place in the height and triple jump jump.

President Donald Trump sent a message to the State in the week prior to the event, warning about possible federal fund cuts if a Trans athlete was allowed to compete in the Women’s Championship.

The CIF modified its rules to allow girls to end behind a trans athlete to rise to the place that would have ended in another way, but Hernández was still allowed to compete. The girls who ended up behind Hernández in the championships had to share the same podium with the Trans athlete during medal ceremonies.

Trump then promised to impose “large -scale fines” in the state of California for allowing a biological trans athlete to transfer multiple state titles of girls on June 3.

“A biological man competed in the state finals of the Girls of California, winning great, despite the fact that they warned me that they did not do it. As Governor Gavin Newscum understands completely, large -scale fines will be imposed!” Trump wrote in Truth Social.

The Department of Justice announced a federal investigation of California for possible violations of Title IX with respect to its policy that allows trans athletes in girls’ sports at the end of May. The State had already been under an investigation by the Department of Education on the subject since February.

The Office of the Attorney General of California, Rob Bonta, provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital addressed to the United States Department of Justice by sending a warning letter of a deadline of June 9 to amend their policies to prohibit trans athletes from Sports.

“We are very concerned about the continuous threats of the Trump administration for California schools and we continue to defend and defend the laws of California and all the additional laws that ensure that the rights of the students, including transgender students, are free of discrimination and harassment. We are reviewing the letter and closely monitor the actions of the Trump administration in this space,” the statement said.

TO Bipartisan survey By the California Public Policy Institute, he found that most California residents oppose the biological trans athletes competing in women’s sports.

That figure included more than 70% of The parents of the State School.

“The majority of Californians support that transgender athletes compete in teams that coincide with the sex that were assigned at birth,” the survey said.

“The majority of adult adults (65%) and probable voters (64%) support that transgender athletes compete in teams that coincide with the sex that were assigned to birth, not the gender with which they identify themselves. An overwhelming majority of the parents of public schools (71%) support such a requirement.”

Newsom said the trans athletes competing in girls sports were “deeply unfair” during an episode of their podcast in March.
