The State Athletics Championship of California is obtaining a last minute adjustment in its eligibility rules after President Donald Trump called for a transgender athletes controversy that is shaking the state of gold.
The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital on Tuesday, just a few hours after Trump sent a social position of truth threatening to retain federal funds from the State, announcing the change. The competition will now include biologically female athletes that lost the qualification for competition that may have placed higher if it were not for the participation of a trans athlete.
The Federation states that it came to the decision at the end of the Round of CIF Masters qualifiers last weekend, days before Trump’s statement. The statement also refers to female competitors as “biological student-attachment.”

“The CIF values all our students athletes and we will continue to maintain our mission of providing students with the opportunity to belong, connect and compete while complying with the Law and the California Educational Code. With this in mind, the CIF will implement a pilot entry process for the Track and Field Championship of CIF State of 2025 CIF,” reads the statement.
“According to this pilot entry process, any biological student -atleta who would have obtained the next qualification mark for one of the automatic rating inputs of his section at the CIF State meeting, and did not achieve the AT-LLOGE brand of CIF in the finals in its section, an opportunity was extended to participate in the CIF Championship Championship and CIF field championship of CIF of CIF of 2025.
The CIF is already under a federal investigation of the Title IX of the United States Department of Education.
This change will result that at least two competitors qualify to compete for the state title after barely falling the typical qualification threshold on Saturday. An identified athlete Trans competing as a girl for Jurua Valley High School occupied the first place in the triple jump and the length jump on Saturday.
Trump did not identify the name of the school or athlete involved in the situation in its real social publication.
The Unified School District of Jurupa has provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital that is addressed to the recent position of the president.

The Office of the Governor of California Gavin Newsom, who previously admitted that he thought that the biological men who compete in girls’ sports were “deeply unfair,” he praised the revised CIF policy in a statement to Pak Gazette Digital.
“The pilot proposed by CIF is a reasonable and respectful way to navigate a complex issue without compromising competitive equity, a model that is worth pursuing. The governor is encouraged by this reflexive approach,” reads the statement.
After Trump signed the executive order of “No Men’s In Women’s Sports” on February 5, the CIF was one of the first secondary school leagues in the country to announce that the order would not follow, and instead it would comply with the State Law of California.
The CIF was under the scrutiny two weeks ago when Pak Gazette Digital reported that CIF officials allegedly caused women’s athletes to remove their “Protect Girls Sports” shirts in a sectional qualifier. The Federation recognized the incident to Pak Gazette Digital.
“According to the Playoffs Bulletin of the South Section of CIF, all athletes must dress with track uniforms and follow -up of the school.
The United States Department of Education then sent a warning to the State about the situation through an exclusive statement to Pak Gazette Digital on May 15 before the Trans athlete of Juraupa Valley that competes in the sectional final.
Trump threatens to extract federal California funds for transverse trans athletes in the state championship
“CIF and the apparent breakdown of the Federal Civil Rights Law of the Juraup Valley High School allowing a male athlete to compete in a female athletics in California [Southern Sectional Division 3 Final] This Saturday, and the alleged reprisal against girls who protest this, is indefensible, “said Julie Hartman, a spokeswoman for the Department of Education, Pak Gazette Digital.
“We will not allow institutions to trample the civil rights of women. OCR research on CIF continues with vigor.”
After losing to the trans athlete in the length of a sectional final, Katie McGuiness of the Canada High School urged the CIF to quickly change its policy during an interview in Pak Gazette’ “America informs.”
“I have nothing against this athlete as a person and I have nothing against the trans community,” said McGuiness. “My message today is really specifically for CIF and act quickly and timely, because this is a really sensitive problem.”
Trans athletes has been allowed to compete as women and girls since 2014, when a law called AB 1266 entered into force, after passing in 2013.
The law has allowed several controversial incidents that involve trans athletes in sports of girls and women in the state during the last year.
These include the female volleyball scandal of the state of San José that caused a lawsuit against the school and the State to restore Blaire Blaire Fleming without informing the rest of the players, and a lawsuit against the Unified School District of Riverside for giving a list of the list of a country of the girls to a trans athlete while dribbling the students for the shirts of the “Sports of the Girls”.

Meanwhile, Trump and his administration have called most of their attention, implying counteracting the Trans-Atlete wave in Maine. A claim from the Department of Justice against Governor Janet Mills, the multiple temporary financing pauses and a case of the Supreme Court that involves the state legislator Laurel Libby for calling a Trans athlete who won a jurisdiction with a pole jumping of girls in February, has shaken the state of New England for months.
But now, Trump has directed his eye to California, and the CIF is already working on accommodation in the reaction in the middle of his current controversy in the spring road championship.
