Calvin Harris accused his former financial advisor, Thomas St. John, of receiving $ 22.5 million of him through a failed real estate project of Hollywood.

In an arbitration presentation held on September 12 in Los Angeles, Harris, whose real name is Adam Richard Wiles, Said St. John and his partners convinced him to invest in Cmnty Culture Campus, a planned center of 460,000 square feet for musicians and creative.

His lawyers claim that Harris never received clear answers about where his money was and called the project “a complete fraud” or, at best, “a Booondoggy.”

St. John, who worked with Harris from 2012 to April 2025, strongly denied the accusations. A spokesman said that the statements are “malicious” and “completely without merit”, insisting that “a single dollar has not been appropriate” and that the project is still moving forward.

They admitted that the process has faced delays due to the bureaucracy of the city and economic conditions, but argued that it remains programmed and that one day it could be worth almost $ 1 billion.

The spokesman also said that Harris was one of the nine investors and even asked to double his participation.

“We will continue to take all the necessary steps to clarify the record,” said St. John’s team.
