The NFL Draft Analyst of ESPN, Mel Kiper Jr. and Miami Hurricanes football coach, Mario Cristobal, were in a Word of Words on Wednesday for the coverage of the Campo Marshal Cam Ward.
Tennessee’s Titans selected the Heisman trophy contender at once with the number 1 general selection of the Draft last month. Kiper faced criticism during the three days of the draft, since he longed for the surprise of Sanders’ fall and even had a Tiff in the air with Rec Davis once the Browns finally selected the field marshal in the fifth round.
Cristóbal said that neither he nor the offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson spoke with Kiper about Ward, although he spoke with a “million people,” according to the action network.
“I never listened to him,” said the coach. “I don’t think he talked to him.”
Cristóbal added that he was not “disappointed” and that he would only be if Ward were upset. He expressed the confidence that Ward just wanted to listen to his name and get to work.

Kiper shot at Cristobal.

Interesting, isn’t it,” he wrote about X. “And Oh, by the way, I did not talk to Deion about Shedeur?
It was Kiper’s first publication on the social media platform since April 23, and it seemed that Sanders’ fall still stayed with him.

Ward will probably be the titular field marshal once the Titans season begins. Tennessee learned that he will face the Denver Broncos to start the 2025 season on September 7.
