Cameron Diaz has declared she’s “over rom-coms” as she teases a possible new film role.
During his appearance in Capital Radio On Tuesday, January 21, presenter Sian Welby joked: “I mean, look guys, they’re back with an absolute bang. This is action packed; “You have a kind of flamethrower at one point, almost at the gas station, as we call it.”
He asked, “But Cameron, have I heard that it’s true that now in the future there will be no more romantic comedies, only family comedies?”
The 52-year-old Hollywood star responded: “I left my rom-com era and now I’m in my family comedy era.”
For the uninitiated, Díaz, famous for her role in the holidays with Jude Law, has made a strong return to acting after a 10-year hiatus.
He starred in an action comedy film titled Back in action with the Django Unchained actor Jamie Foxx, so he convinced her.
