Good news, Resi-heads: Capcom has revealed the release times for Resident Evil Requiem. Plus, if you’ve pre-ordered the game, you can now pre-load it on the platform of your choice.
Announced via an official Steam post, Capcom confirmed the release times for Requiem of the resident evil, which will be released on February 27, 2026 worldwide.
Here’s a quick breakdown of release times in some major locations around the world, in case the image above is a little hard to read.
They are all listed in local time.
- New York: Console and PC: February 27 at 11:00 p.m. EST
- Los Angeles: Console and PC: February 26 at 9 pm PST
- London: Console: February 27 at 12am GMT, PC: February 27 at 5am GMT
- Berlin: Console – February 27 at 12 am CET, PC – February 27 at 6 am CET
- Auckland: Console – February 27 at 12am NZDT, PC – February 27 at 6pm NZDT
In other news, Resident Evil Requiem It is the first game in the series to be released on Nintendo Switch 2 to date with other versions of the game.
The game’s director, Koshi Nakanishi, recently spoke about the release in a Creator’s Voice segment and expressed surprise at how well the game ended up running on the handheld: “We were like, ‘Oh, this actually runs on the Nintendo Switch 2?’ Everything worked so well that we decided to go ahead with the game as is and make it for the system. With specs like these in handheld mode, it looks fantastic.”
