The Minnesota Twins have already had a bad luck in a dominant center, and their chances of winning the division received a blow on Thursday.

Minnesota entered on Thursday in 24-20 and set up a 10-game winning streak, but even in the fourth place in the division behind all but Chicago’s white socks.

The twins were on the road in Baltimore to face the orioles in difficulties, and they were climbing 3-0 at the bottom of the third when Cedric Mullins reached the plate.

The gardener of the O hit a Blooper in a shallow center, which Carlos Correa in the Campocorto and Byron Buxton in the central garden persecuted down, both running directly from each other.

Mullins captured, but the two ran together, and both lay in the garden grass for several minutes. Correa left the game while Buxton stayed before leaving in the room. The team said both were in the Boil Shock Protocol.

Both All-Stars have had their right share of injuries. Correa has played more than 140 games in a season only twice in his MLB career, and not since 2021, and played in just 86 games last season.

As for Buxton, the twins have made him a batter designated on numerous occasions because he has played in more than 100 games only once (last year with 102) since 2018.

Buxton had previously contributed to the game, pressing consecutive home runs with Dashawn Kearsey Jr.

Fortunately for Minnesota, Chris Paddack was dominant in the coup, throwing 11 entries without score to give Minnesota his eleventh consecutive victory.

The twins swept the 6-0 season after being swept by the orioles 6-0 last year. This is also the fourth longest winning streak in Minnesota in the history of the franchise. They won 12 in a row last year.
