Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan, about Syracuse’s commitment and the father-son bond

Kiyan Anthony has had eyeballs for years, being one of the best NBA prospects during high school. But that number has always multiplied, given who his father is.

His father is the president of fame, Carmelo Anthony, 10 times there and widely considered one of the best pure scorers in the history of basketball.

Kiyan, like his father, will play university basketball in Syracuse, in his own words, for two years “Max”. And now that his father’s game days have ended, Carmelo is “more hands on the deck.”

“I would not say that we are closer (than when I was playing). I would simply say that it is more like more hands on the deck, more on foot on the floor. So only he was there in my games, he was there, capable of going to his house and spending a day with him, I feel that was something we were losing while traveling, while he was in the league,” Kiyan said in a recent interview with Pak Gazette Digital. “Then, to spend more time with him out of the court and he investing all his time in me on the court, whether he is exercising, and he coming to my games, I feel that is what has bought us closer to our link, our connection was always there, but it simply became stronger and grew up.”

Some father and son bonds collaborated with Meta, where the duo filmed an episode of “Close Friends Only” to celebrate Father’s Day, where they talked about their relationship, basketball and regular conversation points from father to son.

“Being able to collaborate with Meta and Instagram and show our other side outside the court, just showing our personality and the link we have and my father, I feel it was a great exit to do it. And it was very fun to work with them. And I feel that that’s why we did it,” Kiyan said.

“People see it all the time in my games on the sidelines, but you never really see our real connection outside the court. So, I want to do these collaborations and these interviews and these podcasts, it gives us another opportunity to show fans as the type of link we are building and the type of connection we have.”

Kiyan admitted that there was some “pressure” to live up to exaggeration, especially with his bloodline. But at the end of the day, his dreams of the NBA are his, not those of his father.

“To be honest, at the beginning of my career, I was not even so good in basketball. So I only had many opinions and the people who say I am not so good and that my father was not there because I was still in the league, only that I tried to drive it alone,” Kiyan said. “But when I began to improve, while I kept working, people began to take my side, so now I got many fans. Obviously, it is many enemies out there, many opinions found, but, you know, I am driving, and I look forward to all games, I have a large fan base.

“My dad was never the type of person who forced me to play basketball, that I had to do what he did. So he let me rock and let me make my own decisions, but it happened that this is what I wanted to do, and this is what I fell in love,” he continued. “So now I have the opportunity to follow your steps to go to your school, hopefully win some games. Obviously, the NBA is the main objective, but if I go to school for a year or two years, it will always be there. So just trying to improve every day. This is what I want to do. I made a long conversation with my dad about that, the other day, actually I was only Do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and what I want to do, and I am in a super in the super.

The first step to fulfill the name of Anthony is to star in Orange, where Melo won a championship in 2003. He has been up and down for Syracuse in recent years, but the young Anthony is ready to bring the days of glory.

“My dad won a national championship. Obviously, that is the main objective, but even if I go there and win some games, reach the tournament, win a couple of games in the tournament, I feel it is a great success, because in the last two years, they have been out of the grid,” Kiyan admitted. “They have not been making a tournament. They have not been winning many games at the conference. So, I will only try to go there and really just bring back to the fan base, bring what Syracuse is about, and everyone knows what it is. They just have not had success in the last few years.”
