From the first video revealing that they were doing a Carrie Television adaptation, I have been anxiously following. The recent casting announcement has only excited me more, like Shout and Five nights in FreddyThe star of Matthew Lillard is entering the place of the well -intentioned director of the history of horror, also known as Mister Morton.
I am very excited to see Lillard’s version about a character who has taken many forms over the years since Stephen King’s original novel and the 1976 film classic, to the not -so -good count 2013. It will be interesting to see if they adhere to the novel or also make changes in his character.
He already had great hope for this project, which has Netflix’s horror fan Mike Flanagan to the helm. Is known for its successful horror series as The disturbing of the House of the Colina and Midnight massSo I hope your Amazon TV will take another of King’s most emblematic works to be another small screen success.
Who else will appear in the adaptation of TV Carrie de Amazon?
Next to Lillard, there are numerous attached famous faces to appear.
For a start Chucky cultSummer Howell of Summer entering the shoes of the Telequinetic teenage holder. Joining her is Samantha Sloyan, who recently starred in The PittAlso known as one of Max’s best shows, as the dominant and fearful mother of Carrie Margaret White.
Other names include Alison Thornton as Chris Hargensen, that is, the popular schoolboy of Collegiate and Carrie, Amber Midthunnder as a gymnastics teacher, Miss Desjardin, and Thalia Dudek, Josie Totah, Arthur Conti and Joel Oulette in secondary roles.
We still do not know much about this project yet, but we are likely to spend much more time knowing these characters, since Flanagan can do much more with a new version of TV that, for example, the execution time of two hours of a film. We hope it is a horrible cry that wins a place in our best list of main video programs in due time.
