The 31 -year -old Russian citizen was sentenced to 64 months in a Dutch prison last May after an accusation said Pertsev had “the habit of committing money laundering” and should have suspected illicit transactions on the platform.
Tornado Cash is a currency mixing protocol that allows users to send tokens privately to another wallet. Achieve privacy grouping funds and dragging them until the origin is not clear.
