“Can the people of Ziarat? [in northern Balochistan] Desist of cutting trees in the absence of any other fuel source in less 17 degrees Celsius temperature? Is the government providing the people in cold areas for an alternative energy source? “, Asked.

A lawyer who represents the government said the Government is providing LPG to Ziarat.

Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar asked which subsidies are offered to the poor living in mountainous areas. Judge Aminuddin Khan observed that it is the government’s responsibility to provide basic facilities to people.

Judge Mazhar regretted that since 2018, only reports have been submitted in the case.
