Census data that will be used to evaluate flood losses

The federal government has decided to use population census, agricultural census and economic census to evaluate human, agricultural and economic losses caused by recent rains and floods.

Population and agriculture census data will help estimate damage to homes and crops. Economic census data will help evaluate commercial losses and infrastructure, while the PAkGazette-stage would be used to identify the destruction of schools, schools, mosques and shopping centers.

The economic census is a comprehensive survey that brings together data on all economic activities within a country, such as industries, companies, services and employment. Capture information on the size, structure and performance of the economy.

The PAkGazette-stage was the process of attaching geographical location data, such as latitude and length to objects, photographs or assets that use digital technology.

It helps identify the exact location of resources, infrastructure or activities, and is widely used in censuses, disaster management, urban planning and environmental monitoring.
