Charlie Kirk praised the Marshal of the Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson, in the weeks that the influential conservative was killed on a Utah campus on Wednesday.

Jackson was hot in August for sharing a biblical quotation that Kirk had posted in his X account. The only NFL MVP was known for sharing messages of faith in social networks and being external about his Christian faith. Kirk applauded Jackson’s “courage and conviction in the midst of the violent reaction.

Following Kirk’s murder, Jackson was not among those who shared a reaction. However, he shared the publication of the Super Bowl Torrey Smith champion.

“Celebrating the death of someone who does not share the same beliefs that is wild,” Smith wrote in X. “Seeing it in real time is disgusting.”

Kirk was shot at the Utah Valley University campus in OREM and then died.

President Donald Trump announced Kirk’s death later in the day.

A human hunt for the murderer was thrown.
