The head of the air of Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu has expressed his gratitude to the president of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, for the strong support of the Parliament to the Armed Forces against Indian aggression.
In a letter addressed to the speaker, the aerial chief praised the role of parliamentary leadership in the promotion of national unity, saying that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) values the sample of solidarity of legislators.
“President Sadiq’s efforts to strengthen national cohesion following Indian hostility are commendable,” said Chief Mariscal Sidhu. He added that the support of Parliament and people gave strength to the Armed Forces and helped frustrate the enemy’s intentions.
The air chief also described the taxes extended by Parliament and “unforgettable” national leadership, and said that PAF’s success is the result of divine blessings and the unity of the nation.
Sidhu reaffirmed that PAF is fully prepared to defend the country’s borders and considers that this duty is a sacred responsibility. He also promised continuous cooperation to achieve national objectives.
His letter was in response to a previously sent by President Sadiq, who had written to the field marshal of General Syed also Munir and the Head of Air Mariscal Sidhu, praising the Armed Forces, particularly the PAF, for his professionalism and courage to respond to Indian actions.

The speaker had also transmitted the unwavering of Parliament to the military and recognized his role in the defense of the country with courage and distinction.
Previously, the members of the National Assembly paid tributes to the Armed Forces, especially PAF for giving a quick and decisive response to Indian aggression.
Speaking in the lower house, they strongly condemned the cowardly attack of India, qualifying it as a shameful act, and reiterated that Pakistan is fully prepared to respond to any aggression with all its strength.
