Chris Jones de Chiefs explains an emotional explosion of tears during the national anthem

If there is a safe bet that someone can do before the Super Bowl Lix, it is that the emotions of the players and the coaches will work from the moment they get up in the morning during the game.

The Kansas City Chiefs star, Chris Jones, is not the one who hides his tears when “The Star-Spangled Banner” is played before the game. He has seen him letting his tears run on his face before the game begins, either in the playoffs or during the regular season.

He explained to journalists during the week why he cries.

“Rapid Story. I was watching the movie ‘300’. One of my favorite movies, you know?” In the sense of playing football, I actually enter that mental framework, as, I might not get home tonight, Knowing that I will get home, but knowing that I am going to war. It will be bloody. It will be physical.

“Then, in the middle of the national anthem, I have to put myself in that framework of the mind.”

Jones’ emotions were first put in the National Center for Attention before the Chiefs played the New England patriots in the AFC championship during the 2018-19 season. The Patriots won that game.

Since then, the transmission cameras have found that Jones releases him on the sidelines.

“I am also returning again and reviewing all the obstacles that led me to get here, in a sense. Thinking about that, everything that manifests,” Jones added. “The tears begin to roll because I am very angry. I am going through so many emotions. Anything (negative) that someone said three weeks ago, I am remembering. I am full of emotions.”

Jones is one of the most fierce defenders that Kansas City has in his defensive front.

The six times PRO Bowler had five captures and 37 cup in 15 games this season. It has a sack and five cups in the playoffs this year. He has 3.5 captures in 21 playoff games in his career.

Jones will seek to give Eagles fans something to cry on Sunday.
