Former NFL chris kluwe apron, Who was arrested this week after protesting a meeting of the Municipal Council in California, doubled his criticisms of the Trump administration on Friday, again comparing the campaign “Make America Great Again” to Nazi Germany.

The protest was on a proposed sign for the public library of Huntington Beach, which would have the “magical”, “attractive”, “galvanizing” and “adventurous” words next to each other, spelling Maga.

During an appearance on CNN Friday, Kluwe did not go back of his position.
“I think we are on the path that Nazi Germany fell under Hitler,” he said. “And I say that as a specialization in political science and history, as someone who has studied history. And the parallels are very, very clear.”
Kluwe, 43, disagreed with the Trump administration position on Transgender athletes Competing in sports of girls and women, among other topics.
“This administration is trying to put obedience to duty to the country. This administration is trying to push our country to agitation to harvest power for themselves. And I think that regardless of political affiliation, all Americans should be Agreement – There are no kings, without tyrants, or now, or ever. ”

Kluwe went to the elections and those who voted for President Donald Trump, claiming that “Hitler was also chosen.”
“There were many very good Germans, who believed that Hitler was going to have their best interests in mind. And I think there are many good Americans who think Trump has their best interests in mind, but I am very sure that what this administration has shown , he has already shown that Trump does not have his best interests in mind. ”

Kluwe said he intends to continue talking and attending the meetings of the municipal council in Huntington Beach “unless they prohibit me.”
“I definitely plan to talk about the issue because, as an American citizen, I care about my country. I want my country to be a place where everyone can have the same advantages I had. And I have to use my privilege to make this the case.”
