Christina Hall is focusing on wellness after divorcing Josh Hall earlier this year.
On Instagram Stories, Christina shared her selfie and announced her return to Pilates.
Now, using her maiden name, Christina Haack wrote in the caption: “Dear Pilates, sorry for leaving you in reading for 3 months.”
“Let’s hope that today is the beginning of a lasting relationship,” she added, quoted by Hello! magazine.
It is worth mentioning that the Flip The host recently shared the reason for her divorce from Josh.
During a preview of the HGTV On the show, Christina revealed that her decision was influenced by her children, Taylor, 14, Brayden, 8, and Hudson, 4.
“The kids literally asked me to leave. They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stay?” Christina shared that after her argument with Josh, where the kids saw him throwing “the middle finger in my face,” “they literally asked me to leave. Why would I stay?”
She filed for divorce in July 2024, prompting her to hire high-profile attorney Laura Wasser.
