Islamabad:
The Pakistan Supreme Court has arranged the appeal of the Punjab government for the cancellation of the bonds of PTI leaders in cases of disturbances on May 9.
A three -members bank headed by the president of the Supreme Court of Pakistan Yahya Afridi and comprising Judge Shafi Siddiqui and Judge Gul Hasan Aurengzeb will listen to the call of the Punjab government for the cancellation of the bonds for the leaders PTI Sheheryar Afridi and Aaliya Hamza
The Apex court has also set the appeal of Sheikh Rashid for acquittal in the case of GHQ attack. Rehid acquittal requests in the case have been previously rejected by the trial and the higher courts.
