The California State Athletics Championship in Clovis, California, became a crime scene on Friday when tensions increased among opposite protesters.

An LGBTQ protester was arrested after allegedly attacking a conservative protester outside the veteran memorial stadium at Buchanan high school, confirmed the Clovis Police Department to Pak Gazette Digital.

The allegedly attacked man is the activist and creator of content on the right of California Josh Fulfer, who passes with the nickname of “Oreo Express” on social networks.

The images obtained by Pak Gazette Digital show the LGBTQ protester, whom the police identified as Ethan Kroll, 19, hitting Fulfer with a flag post that had a large flag of attached transgender pride.

The additional images showed that the LGBTQ protester was arrested by the Clovis police after the incident.

The police records obtained by Pak Gazette Digital Show that Kroll, a man, was arrested by assault with a mortal weapon other than a gun, obstructing a public officer and vandalism.

Fulfer told Pak Gazette Digital that the incident occurred after he left the encounter, drove with his wife and reached a red light. He says Kroll was there with black -face coatings.

“They were screaming something, and they recognized me immediately. And they said something. I don’t even know, I can’t understand what they were saying, but I said something in the nature of ‘If you are so proud and you’re not ashamed of your cause, why don’t you show your face? Why are you so ashamed to show your face?” “Fulfer said.

“And then they shouted something. And when they shouted something, they began to cross the street towards the central division. And then they said: ‘You are Josh Fulfer’, and began to hit me with the post. They put the pole in the car and began to hit me with the post.”

Fulfer said he suffered bruises and scraped in the arm of the strikes. Fulfer then stepped on Kroll’s eyes, he and police said.

Fulfer alleges that after Kroll’s pepper is broken, the LGTBQ protester took the post from the car and began to break the roof and the door of his car. Fulfer says he moved away and alleges that Kroll broke the back of his car while he left.

Fulfer says that close police officers observed and hastened to intervene.

The Sergeant of the Clovis Police. Chris Hutchison told Pak Gazette Digital there were no other criminal incidents at the track meeting or near Friday night.

“Our position is always allowing people to exercise their constitutional right to freedom of expression and protest,” said Hutchison. “They have the right to do so in a way that does not encourage violence or that causes other problems … we have no room for violence or property damage or anything like that.”

Hutchison and Fulfer told the Pak Gazette Digital Police established “designated zones” designated for activists who attended this weekend.

The competition has seen a considerable presence of protesters due to the participation of the transgender athlete AB Hernández de Jurupa Valley High School competing in the length of height, height jump and triple jump. The athlete ended first in the three events during the preliminary round on Friday night. On Saturday, Hernández will compete in the final round and seek to take the three state titles.

Witnesses told Pak Gazette Digital that there were more than 50 protesters in the competition on Friday, and many plan to return to Saturday for the finals.

The women’s athletes activists made a protest early Saturday, organized by the director of the Family Council of California, Sophia Lorey.

During Friday’s event, a plane flew on the stadium with a banner that said: “There are no boys in girls’ sports!”

Hernández dominated the postseason of girls this spring, attracting national attention in recent weeks when President Donald Trump called the State for allowing to happen and threatening federal fund cuts if he continues.

Then, the Department of Justice announced on Wednesday that it would launch an investigation into the California Interest Federation and the Attorney General of California Rob Bont on the State’s Law that allows biologically male trans athletes to compete with girls and women.

The CIF announced a couple of changes in the rules on Tuesday and Wednesday in response to the violent reaction, expanding the size of the group of competitors and even delivering medals to any “biological” athlete displaced by a transgender athlete in the meeting.
