Coas visits CMH Rawalpindi, praise of the courage of operation Bunyanum Marsoos


The head of the Army personnel (COAS), General Syed also Munir, visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi on Monday to investigate after the welfare of innocent soldiers and civilians injured during operation Marka-O-HAQ / Bunyanum Marsoos operation, shared the wing of military media.

According to public relations between services (ISPR), during the visit, the COA met individually with the injured personnel, praised their exceptional courage and their firm devotion to duty, and reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of the armed forces of Pakistan with their continuous attention, rehabilitation and well -being.

“The value and sacrifice of our civilians and the soldiers form the cornerstone of Pakistan’s security. The entire nation is in solidarity resolved with each member of their armed forces,” the COAS declared. The Army Chief stressed that no hostile design can erode the determination of Pakistan’s armed forces.

He pointed out that the resolved and unified response exhibited during Marka-E-HAQ / Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, in concert with the firm support of the Pakistani people, constitutes a defining chapter in the military history of the country.

Today early, the Pakistan army has announced the successful completion of the ‘Bunyan-Un-Marsososoos’ operation, a retaliation military company launched in response to Indian aggression.

DG ISPR LT Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that the Pakistan armed forces carried out ‘Bunyanum Marsoos’ operation on May 10 as part of the Marka-Oq-Oq military conflict in response to the attacks of the Indian military who began the night of May 6 and 7, which resulted in the loss of innocent civil lives, including women, children and the elderly.

The Pakistani army reached 26 Indian military facilities and dozens of Pakistani drones floated over the main Indian cities, including New Delhi capital, in offensive operations on Saturday, DG ISPR said Sunday.
