On Tuesday, an administrator wallet for layer 2 of Blockchain Zksync, with the hacker taking off with tokens zk worth $ 5 million.
The stolen funds were the “Unclaimed files of the Airdrop Zksync,” Zksync wrote on Twitter, before saying that “necessary security measures are being taken.”
The token zk of the protocol has fallen almost 14% in the last 24 hours. The volume has increased by 96% to $ 71 million in the same period.
Zksync said the attack was an isolated incident and is limited to the Airdrop Token contract.
