EIZO has presented what can be the most efficient portable monitor in the world, the Flexcan Flt Eizo monitor of 23.6 inches, 1080p, Flexcan FlT.
With its monitor consuming only 6W of power (less than the one used by an average bulb), and in the house built from 95% recycled plastic, EIZO has been one step further in promoting sustainability, and a classification of Class A. Class A.
With 2.4 kg, it is one of the largest portable monitors available, and the design without frame, fueled by a C USB connection, eliminates the need for bulky CA adapters.
A new era of energy conservation?
Using a single video and energy transmission solution, Flexcan FLT offers up to 60 watts of power to connected devices.
It comes with the advanced EIZO ecoview technologies for ultralaows energy consumption. While Ecoview automatically adjusts the shine on the screen based on the surrounding lighting, the Ecoview Optimizer 2 Adjusts the brightness depending on the type of content shown.
It also comes with a new echo mode that automatically preinscocates the characteristics of EcoView and users can display viewing information on an edge of the screen for fast access.
The FLT is designed to complement the hybrid work, thanks to a design without frame. The monitor presents a hollow bezel, while relatively light construction can be mounted on a unique arm for a minimalist configuration.
Monitor packaging reflects an ecological spirit, using recycled materials and size optimization to reduce greenhouse gas emissions during transport by up to 42%. The device has also obtained some of the main available environmental certifications, including generation 10 TCO certified, EPEAT Gold and EPEAT Climate+.
The company states that, by achieving a 32% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to previous models, it establishes a new standard for responsible innovation.
