Court Postpones Nov. 26 Guilty Plea Hearing

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad District and Sessions Court on Thursday adjourned proceedings on a private complaint filed by the PTI over alleged deaths and injuries during the party’s protest on November 26.

The court adjourned the matter without taking further action on the application.

District and sessions judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the case related to the protest incident. During the hearing, the court observed that the plaintiff did not record his statement despite having earlier opportunities.

PTI Chairman Advocate Gohar Khan and Senior Advocate Latif Khosa appeared before the court.
