A new era is underway for the Dallas Cowboys.
After five seasons, Mike McCarthy will no longer be on the sidelines at the AT&T stadium. Instead, it will be Brian Schottenheimer, who obtained the promotion of the offensive coordinator to the chief coach.
Obviously, no one is happier with that that Schottenheimer himself, but the star receiver Ceedee Lamb is a close second.

“With him in the building since he was in the league, I feel that there will be no fall,” Lamb said in a recent interview with Pak Gazette Digital. “He understands how we operate, very familiar with the Jones area and family, understands the talent he has, so simply incorporating that and being better every week. I look forward to.”
Lamb added that there will be some type of “adjustment”, but any stress will be mainly in Schottenheimer and not necessarily in the players in terms of adaptation.
“Having a new coach, they have to enter and proclaim their domain and be able to control the room. I know it is a lot of stress for them,” Lamb said.
“They must make us understand why we should follow you. I feel that [owner] German [Jones] I did a great job when keeping it close. “

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott expects to be ready for week 1 after ischiotibial surgery
The first season of Schottenheimer in its new concert will come after a 7-10 season, which saw the Dak Prescott Marshal coming out of the season halfway due to an injury to the hamstrings.
For the lamb, taking into account that the cowboys were not really the cowboys, “it is a bit easy to launch [last season] in the garbage “.
“A lot came out of the bad, but showed the hardness of the team, the commitment and resistance we had regarding and fighting for the other,” Lamb said. “We know what it feels like to be on the opposite side, so it was unfortunate. I hope we don’t get injured, because that was terrible. Many of our key types came out early. For us, I feel where we have to improve, take out bodies and durability.”
Perhaps the number 1 objective of the low season is to keep Micah Parsons, which is fine due to a contract. Professionals to keep Parsons speak for themselves, but there is a scam: Prescott, Lamb and Parsons, before it is safe to assume that it will be a great increase for the latter, it already represents more than half of the team’s salary limit.
However, Parsons is too important, Lamb said.

“It is definitely a complicated moment, and those are things that you think, ‘How can we take as many guys as possible?'” Lamb admitted. “As for me, I’m trying to solve it. I like to win. Now I have my money, that’s simply talking realistically. I really care, it has always been that.”
