The MLB stars game was relocated from Atlanta to Denver in 2021 in response to the voting laws in the state of Georgia that the then President Joe Biden described as “Jim Crow on steroids.”
At that time, the Dodgers manager of Los Angeles, Dave Roberts, who was honored for managing the National League team because his team played in the World Series of the previous year, said he had had to consider the decrease in the management of the game if the half -summer classic had not moved.
MLB made the change, saying that “the best way to demonstrate” the values of the League of “[supporting] Voting rights for all Americans and [opposing] The urn restrictions “” were to move the game. Then, Roberts was in the shelter that summer, but the game was returned to Atlanta this year, although the laws remain in place.

Pat Mcafee issued the press conference and said he did not feel that anyone on stage (Roberts, Paul Skenes, Aaron Boone and Tarik Skubal) “should give answers about it.”
“I suppose there was a reason or conversation that the MLB and the state that all parties thought that this would be a wonderful host city for the game of stars. I think everyone is very excited to return to the beautiful city of Atlanta, I think. I don’t want to talk about pocket for anyone, but I think,” Mcafee continued.

“I am not a politician. I feel that everyone has the right to express the thoughts, but at this time I really choose to concentrate on the players of the game and be excited to be here. For me, to be able to handle these boys and drive against these boys, I feel honored.”
