The legend of the accident of the Land Roads Law, Scott Bloomquist, last August, a suicide was declared, according to a report by the National Transportation Security Board (NTSB) published this week.
Bloomquist, 60, died in a small plane accident against a barn near his home in Mooresburg, Tennessee, on August 16, 2024.

The NTSB listed the probable cause of Bloomquist’s death as “the pilot’s intentional flight to a building as an act of suicide,” according to Fox Sports.
Bloomquist’s family issued a statement to Fox Sports when the NTSB report came out.
“At this time, Scott Bloomquist’s family is not making public statements about the plane crash or the recent NTSB findings,” Bloomquist’s family said. “They focus on supporting each other and respectfully requesting privacy while navigating this difficult period.

Bloomquist jumped to fame in the 1980s, but his career took off in the 1990s. Notably won the champion of the Series Dirt Dirt Dirt Model Model Lucas Oil in 2009, 2010 and 2016, and was included in the Hall of Fame of the National Model Dirt Late Model as a member of his second class in 2002.

He had more than 600 victories in his career and had the greatest amount of victories in the Dirt Late Late Model Lucas Oil Late Model series with 60.
