The plaintiff in a case of group violation that took place in Mangat Uncha on April 25 registered his statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the civil judge and the Magistrate of Area Ali Naqi Tipu, which details the events that involve kidnapping and assault.
More than a month after the group of rape in group and forced sexual abuse, the Police recorded a first information report (FIR) on June 3.
The incident involved three armed men who allegedly violated a woman in front of her husband at a gunpoint, while one of the suspects recorded the video assault.
The case gained renewed urgency after explicit images appeared on social networks.
According to the initial reports, the victim was a resident of the city of Shahdara, Lahore, who returned from visiting Nowshehra Virkan when they stopped for a short break. While the victim took aside to relieve, they were ambushed by seven armed men.
The attackers included Ikram, Laeeq and Khawar, residents of Mangat Uncha, along with four unidentified accomplices.
The victims were taken to the tip of a deserted area behind the government’s high school in Mangat Uncha, where, according to reports, the woman was raped by three men.
The perpetrators also stripped both the husband and the wife, defeated them and forced them to perform explicit acts in front of a camera.
According to the reports, a suspect called Chand was responsible for filming the entire incident.
Now a FIR has been registered against eight suspects, but so far there have been arrests. According to reports, the police have cordoned off the entire village in an attempt to stop the guilty.
