Demi Lovato’s ex, Max Ehrich, decided to make amends for his arrest in Florida.

It is pertinent to mention here that Max was arrested Tuesday night and jailed early Wednesday morning in Port St. Lucie after being charged with domestic violence.

The police report says Max had physical contact with his mother while abusing nitrous oxide.

Max was reportedly live streaming that night. The video shows him snorting nitrous as his mother breaks down in tears. He also appeared to be inhaling nitrous when speaking to police.

“And it appears that he needs help, based on what he is telling us about the period leading up to his arrest,” the findings reported.

Max also told the outlet, “He was high and in psychosis when he got into an altercation with his mother that resulted in him being taken to a Florida jail on an assault charge. He says his mother was trying to get him to stop snorting nitrous oxide.”

He also claimed that his alleged kidnappers “introduced him to nitrous and he was high on nitrous for a week prior to his arrest.”

After this, he plans to spend at least 30 days in a rehabilitation program.
