“You know me, I am a quiet type of person,” Santana said through an interpreter after the game. “I have never had any problems for any of the teams for which I have played. This guy crossed the line several times.”

It was then that the reliever jumped and gave a swing on the fan.

“He crossed the line, and I would like to leave it like this. I have never happened something like this in my eight years in baseball,” Santana added.
Santana will still appear for pirates as the league reviews its suspension appeal.
