The Deshaun Watson antenna is apparently up.
Earlier this week, the co -owner of the Cleveland Browns, Jimmy Haslam, admitted that he regretted having acquired Watson and then entering a fully guaranteed agreement of $ 230 million.
“We did a great swing and lost with Deshaun. We thought we had the field marshal. We did not do it, and we renounced many Draft teams to get it. So we have to leave that hole,” he told journalists from the annual league meeting in Palm Beach, Florida. “Listen, I said this, I think that on numerous occasions, Deshaun Watson was a decision of organization of all

Well, shortly after those hard comments, Watson went to Instagram to show the work he has been putting in his rehabilitation of Achilles.
In the publication of social networks, Watson shared 20 photos of their rehabilitation, mainly in the gym working without a shirt at the Browns facilities.
“Maybe, if I wasn’t built for this, I would let me put me in phase …” Watson wrote.
Watson was suspended to start his mandate in Cleveland and only appeared in six games in 2022. The next season, he was held only six games again. Then he only played seven games in 2024 after suffering a broken Achilles during a game at home. He broke the Achilles again earlier this year.
In his last season with the Texans in 2020, he led the NFL in air yards. But since then, he has not yet launched 1,200 in any season. He did not play in 2021.

Ex-nfl kicker ‘considering seriously’ with Congress: report
The Browns have reworked the Watson contract twice since December and null years are added to 2030 to give them some financial flexibility to distribute dead money in the contract instead of receiving great success in a season. Watson is scheduled to be a free agent after season 2026.
All signs suggest that Cam Ward is going first in general to the Tennessee Titans, but Shedeur Sanders will probably be available for Browns with the second selection. However, they have not shown exactly their hand, considering that Abdul Carter and Travis Hunter will also be on the board.

“I think the message is that if the right person is there, we will take it,” said Haslam recently. “If not, we will resolve it for a year or two until we get the right person. There are good soccer players in this draft, and we have to make sure we get the right ones for us.”
